Slain Mafia don Atiq Ahmad’s two sons Ahjam and Aban are living in the house of Akhtar. These two boys were released from Rajruppur Bal Grih ( children’s home) last year in October.
Atiq’s second sister Parveen Qureshi had been handed over the custody of the two minor boys. Atiq’s other son Asad was gunned down in an encounter by the police following the murder of Umesh Pal.
This murder had created quite a sensation in Uttar Pradesh.
Umesh was earlier said to be an ally of Atiq Ahmad but later he had become hostile.
This had infuriated the don who ordered the elimination of Umesh Pal.
Atiq’s third son Asad had led the murderous attack against Umesh and gunned him down in front of his house in broad daylight.
A video in which Atiq’s son Asad may be seen waving a gun in the air and leading the attack had gone viral. This was enough for police to nail down Atiq’s son who had escaped but was hunted and shot dead following an encounter..
Atiq had five sons. Two of his sons Umar and Ali are still in jail.
Atiq’s wife Shaista Parveen us still in the run for the past over a year. Police have not been able to trace her despite all efforts till now.
