Bullion dealer murdered

A 26-year-old bullion dealer Sandeep Soni was found murdered in Dhanavnara village under Manda police station in Allahabad. The deceased hailed from Garetha village in the same area.
His family members lodged a case of murder against three persons. Police have arrested a man in this murder case.
The post-mortem report indicates death due to strangulation, however, some marks of injuries were also found on his face.
Sandeep had his shop near the Unchdeeh bus station.
Residents of the area reached a field after hearing the sound of drums but found his body.
Sandeep’s motorcycle was also found near the body. The deceased’s mobile was playing religious songs.
Villagers spotted a man bear the body while they were approaching but this person took to his heels. According to police that person is one Hansraj Singh.
The deceased’s father told police that his son had given Rs 25 lakh on loan to different people and Hansraj was the mediator. Hansraj had also taken some loans from Sonu.
On the day of the murder, Sonu had gone to meet Hansraj. Sonu had told his family members on the phone that he would return home after attending a party at Gaurishankar Bazar.
