A fifteen-year-old boy was so annoyed with his head constable father who refused to give him the motorcycle keys, that he picked up a knife and stabbed his father fatally. The incident took place in Yamun Puram colony in Bulandshahar district.
The boy even helped his mother to take his father to the hospital but the wounds were so severe that the victim could not be revived.
A student of class 10th at the DPS School the boy was taken into custody by the police.
The deceased Pawan Kumar was posted at Bulandshahar just four months ago in the electricity department anti-theft wing from Agra. His wife Savita is a teacher in a village school in Khurja.
According to some family members, there was an argument between the son and the father over the motorcycle. The son was pestering his father to give him the keys to the bike but Pawan was against it. Angered over his father’s refusal to let him ride the bike, the son went to the kitchen and returned with a knife with which he attacked his father in the chest.
Pawan collapsed on the ground and was almost dead because of the fatal blow.
