Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh Killed

Israel has lived up to its promise. In a pinpointed attack Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh has been killed in Iran allegedly by Israel. His bodyguard was also killed in the attack.

According to Hamas, he was killed in an insidious Zionist raid on his residence in Tehran.

According to Reuters, Iran’s revolutionary guards confirmed that Ismail Haniya’s residence in Tehran was struck, killing the Hamas leader and one of his bodyguards. The assassination was being investigated. The assassination of the leader of Hamas Ismail Haniya in Iran is a cowardly act that will not go unpunished, said a senior official of Hamas Musa Abu Marzouk.

In the course of the attack on Tuesday in Tehran, the leader of the “Islamic Jehad” Ziad al- Nakhaleh was in the same building where the head of the Politburo of the Palestinian group Hamas, Ismail Haniya was killed, reports the English language publication, The Times of Isreal. However, Nakhaleh escaped death as he was on a different floor of the same building. He reportedly survived the blow.

 Hours before his killing Ismail Haniyeh was seen alongside Palestinian Islamic Jehad leader Ziad al Nakhaleh.
