On September 7, Dulquer confirmed what fans had long speculated—that the enigmatic character of ‘Moothon’ (meaning Elderly) in the film Lokah was indeed portrayed by none other than Mammootty.
In an Instagram post, Dulquer shared the shadowy image of a man holding a stick, captioned “Happy Birthday Moothon”. This revelation put to rest the endless fan theories surrounding the mysterious role that had fascinated cinephiles.
The character appeared only fleetingly in the film, with a single line of dialogue and without revealing his face, leaving only a hand and a voice to stir curiosity.
