The enforcement directorate has unearthed properties worth Rs 100 crore in the possession of Mohinder Singh, a retired IAS officer during a search at his house in Chandigarh.
The ED team grilled the retired IAS for fourteen hours.
However, the officer could not give satisfactory replies to the ED team’s questions.
The ED found that the officer during his tenure at Noida had given several concessions to firms but on being asked Singh blamed his juniors for the lapses.
Now ED is preparing to summon Mohinder Singh to the main office in Delhi for further interrogation.
