Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna- the two Bollywood legends who left an indelible mark on the silver screen of the Indian film industry – Bollywood with their remarkable performance
and dynamic screen persona were best friends in their real life. Both superstars delivered powerful performances that mesmerised audiences globally.
Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna are considered as the handsomest stars of the world of cinema ever.
The two legends shared the screen in several films, including the action-packed thriller blockbuster Qurbani, the critically acclaimed, a successful cult  intense drama Dayavan, and a superhit Shankar Shambhu among others.
It is an astonishing coincidence that both Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna passed away on the same date, April 27th, they both lost the battle against Cancer. They were almost of the same age at the time of their death.
Feroz Khan lost his battle against cancer in April 27, 2009, and Vinod Khanna passed away in April 27, 2017.
On their death anniversary, let’s pay them our heartfelt tribute by reminiscing their two iconic films together-
1-Shankar Shambhu
Shankar Shambhu is an action-oriented Hindi film featuring Feroz Khan in the role of Shankar and Vinod Khanna as Shambhu.
The story of Shankar Shambhu revolves around  Shankar and Shambhu, who become rebels to fight against corruption and injustice in their society. The film was a super hit at the box-office as it was filled with incredible performances, thrilling action scenes and chartbusters songs. Shankar Shambhu is a classic example of the wonderful on-screen bonding amidst the two real life besties and reel life co-actors Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna.
A Qawwali song Hum Lootne Aaye Hain, Hum Loot Ke Jayenge is still being played often, on music tv channels and radio.
Shankar Shambhu is available on the OTT platforms and it’s worth watching.
                 
2-Qurbani
Qurbani is about two friends, Rajesh (Feroz Khan) and Amar (Vinod Khanna), who are indulged in criminal activities, later they get trapped in a scary underworld. Meanwhile they fall in love with the same gorgeous and stunning girl.
Qurbani was a blockbuster hit at the box-office and is considerd being the best film of that decade, Qurbani is also known for its chartbuster music, especially songs-Aap Jaisa Koi Meri Zindagi Mein Aaye Tou Baat Ban Jaye, Kya Dekhte Ho, Soorat Tumhari, Kya Chahte Ho Chahat Tumhari, Qurbani Qurbani Qurbani Allah Ko Pyari Hai, In addition to good music, Qurbani is known for  high-octane action sequences.
Feroz Khan’s excellent direction, his rizz personality and the sizzling triangular love between style icon Feroz Khan handsome Vinod Khanna and stunning Zeenat Aman make Qurbani a timeless classic and a must watch for all. Qurbani gave many new technologies to the Bollywood.
           
If we recall some of the good movies done separately by Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna then we couldn’t forget Feroz Khan’s Mela, Khotey Sikkey, Chunauti, Safar, Aadmi aur Insaan, Upasna, Sharafat Chhord Di Maine, Kala Sona, Dharmatma, Jaanbaaz, Yalgaar, Apradh, Nagin and Welcome and Vinod Khanna’s Mere Apne, Mere Gaon Mera Desh, Kachche Dhage, Parwarish, Khoon Pasina, Hera Pheri, Lahu Ke Do Rang, Amar Akbar Anthony, Jurm and Muqaddar Ka Sikandar are iconic.
Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna, the two mesmerising personalities are not available today to shoot and showcase their new movies but their immortal films shall remain with us forever.
