According to reliable sources, One of the finest actors in the Indian Film Industry- Bollywood Alia Bhatt has officially started filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited film, Love and War of Bhansali Productions. Alia Bhatt began shooting in Mumbai on Tuesday.
The source also revealed that her first day of filming was focused on solo sequences, marking the beginning of her journey in the film.
According to the source, Alia Bhatt’s filming schedule for Love and War will last until November 2025.
During this time, she will not take on any other film projects. The source also mentioned that Alia Bhatt will begin shooting scenes alongside her co-stars, the versatile Ranbir Kapoor and incredible Vicky Kaushal, by the end of November.
These combination sequences will feature the three main actors in lead roles. In the film, Alia Bhatt is portraying a cabaret dancer, while Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will play Indian Armed Forces officers.
According to a buzz, Love And War is inspired by Feroz kKhan’sdirectorial blockbuster Qurbani starring Feroz Khan himself with Vinod Khanna and Zeenat Aman. Qurbani was said to be ahead of its time. Speculations are Alia Bhatt is playing the character played by Zeenat Aman, Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role played by Feroz Khan and Kartik Aaryan is playing the role inacted by Vinod Khanna, but officially it hasn’t been confirmed.
Feroz Khan’s 1980 film Qurbani was a blockbuster. Qurbani broke all box-office records when it was released, and was the highest-grossing film of the decade. It earned over ₹35 crore at the box office in 1980.
The film featured a topmost ensemble cast, including Feroz Khan and Vinod Khanna in Parallel roles, Zeenat Aman, Amjad Khan, Aruna Irani, Shakti Kapoor, Amrish Puri, Kader Khan Jagdeep and others.
The film’s songs were chartbusters, Aap Jaisa Koi Meri Zindagi Mein Aaye, Laila O Laila, Qurbani Qurbani Qurbani Allah Ko Pyari Hai Qurbani, Kya Dekhte Ho Surat Tumhari,  and it sold the most records and tapes creating history.
The film explores themes of friendship, betrayal, and revenge.
