Delhi High Court Warns Police: Will Transfer Investigation In Drowning Of Students Case To Vigilance Or Lok Pal :

The Delhi High Court has said that it would pass an order transferring the investigation into the tragic death of three students due to drowning in the basement of a coaching center to the Central Vigilance Commission or the Lok Pal of India.

The court feels that the Delhi police was carrying on with the investigation in a strange manner.
The police till now has not questioned any MCD official instead they have arrested a driver and bystander.
The Delhi High Court has clearly said that it wants responsibility to be fixed.
Three students including two boys and a girl were drowned to death in the basement of Rau’s IAS Coaching Institute in the Old Rajendra Nagar.
The basement is not meant for coaching instead it is used for parking. But flouting all rules the coaching was continuing in the basement.
Rainwater had entered the basement in such speed that it formed a 12-foot-deep pool within minutes.
Many students managed to escape but three got trapped and were drowned.
There was rucus in both houses of parliament amid strong protests by students.
