Allahabad youth arrested for threatening to kill UP CM Yogi Aditya Nath in a message on X: Did this to gain popularity he confessed to the police
A youth Anirudh Pandey hailing from Sarai Inayat in Allahabad has been arrested for blowing away UP CM Yogi Aditya Nath with a bomb within five days. The accused had posted this message on X as a result police went after him and made the arrest.
Anirudh had posted this message on X Wednesday night. In the morning the message got circulated so much that somebody informed the p[police.
The in-charge of Sarai Inayat police station Pankaj Kumar made arrest from the house of the accused in Sarai Inayart.
On being interrogated Pankaj admitted that he had posted the message on X in order to gain popularity.
A case under the IT Act and issuing life threat and issuing life threat was lodged against him. According to his profile, he is associated with Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. He also described himself as a former student leader of Allahabad University, Mandal president of the BJP, and also activist of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Anirudh is pursuing law studies.
