Gaziabad Court Awards 20 Year Imprisonment To Land Lord Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girl Child Of His tenants Two Years Ago: Fine Of 20,000 Also Slammed
A court has set up an example by granting 20 years imprisonment to an accused who had raped a 4-year-old minor girl.
Fearing ignominy that parents had backtracked from their earlier statement. Away from this, the innocent child narrated the episode saying ‘Uncle had done a filthy act’.
Now the girl is 6 years old. Taking her statement as true and correct the court granted the accused 20-year imprisonment to the accused and also slammed a fine of Rs 20,000 on him.
The fine will be handed over to the girl child.
The incident has been reported from Nand Gram in Ghaziabad.
The girl lived with her parents who were tenants in the house of the accused.
The girl was raped by the accused on May 22, 2022.
The distraught girl narrated everything to her mother. The parents then lodged a case against the landlord. The accused had taken the girl with him on the pretext of playing with him.
The Special Judge Bharat Yadav after going through the case and narration of the victim pronounced his judgment after examining six witnesses including the parents of the girl child.
