We met celebrity Fitness Coach Sheeza Khan and had an important discussion about Fitness and health
“What is the importance of a fitness gym?” I asked
“A good quality health or fitness center provides a safe environment for exercise and is supervised by trained personnel.”

” Why  should we be trained by  supervising personnel ?” ” A trained supervisor will enable you to use specialist exercise equipment and offer the kinds of activities you like and that meet your personal fitness goals.” Sheeza Khan said.
“Who is a  personal trainer in a gym?” I asked.
She said, ” Personal trainers help a person to perform exercises with correct techniques, minimizing the risk of injury.”

I further asked, “Does ergogenic supplement help in staying fit and healthy?” Sheeza Khan replied, ” Proper nutrition, ergogenic supplementation, and spiritual practices are really helpful but we need a fitness coach’s advice.”  These advice should be given by a fitness coach or a Doctor?” I asked. “It’s a good question, in fact, there is a debate going on within the fitness industry as to whether it fits within a fitness coach’s scope of practice and training qualifications or it comes under a medical practitioner and doctor profession.” Sheeza Khan said.

“Weather patterns of exercise in men and women are different ?” I asked.
“Women naturally favor endurance-based training, while men gravitate toward anaerobic workouts. Women and men also experience different results from workouts due to hormonal differences. Men have higher testosterone levels, while women have more estrogen and progesterone.” said Sheeza Khan

“Going to the gym is worth it ?” I asked
“One (among many) of the benefits of going to the gym is that it reduces stress by boosting your endorphins- which can be especially helpful during these stressful times! Any aerobic activity such as running, hiking, biking, or anything else that gets your heart rate up can get you that post-workout benefits.” Tells Sheeza Khan.
“Why do we say health is wealth?”
“The saying “Health is Wealth” means that health is the biggest wealth anybody can have. Anything can be achieved if we have good health. It is not enough to have money alone we can make good use of wealth only if we have good health.” Concludes Sheeza Khan
