The ordinance encompasses Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, UP board, University Authority.
The ordinance will be applicable on Public Services Examinations, regularisation and promotional examination, degree diploma, certificates and would cover entrance examinations as well, making false certificates, websites luring people for jobs with a hidden agenda. All these have been covered by law.
Laws have been made to ensure that offenders do not get easy bail.
Examinees would be required to appear in such competitive tests from other districts and even states.
