Daily train service between Allahabad and Vaishno Devi temple to start in September: Only the launch date is left to be announced
Here’s good news for people in Allahabad and several other adjoining districts, planning to visit Vaishno Devi temple on pilgrimage from coming september onwards.
A daily train service will be started between Allahabad and Vaishno Devi shrine. Except for the date, all modalities have been worked out by the railways.
The train shall leave Subedarganj station in Allahabad at 10.35 am to reach Katra next day at 9.15 am.
At the time this train is operating between Delhi and Katra in a daily basis.
On its return journey the train will depart from Katra station at 12.45 afternoon and reach Subedarganj, Allahabad next day at 3.20 pm.
According to railway officials only the day of launching of this train is to be fixed. All other things are in place, said Amit Kumar Singh, PRO.
