The shine city scam has taken a different turn. The Enforcement Directorate has decided to auction the properties of the scamster Rashid Naseem and pay the money to all the victims who were swindled years ago of their hard earn money, Rashid is said to have been hiding in a Gulf country for the past several years.
The directorate has decided to open a window for giving away the money to investors. But the money will only be returned to those who had not lodged a case against Rashid Naseem because of legal implications. If investors who have lodged cases against Rashid also get their money the case against the scamster. would become weak.
The ED till now has identified properties in the name of Rashid Naseem worth around 190 crore.
the investors will heave a sigh of big relief after they get their money back.
