Foundation Day of Adhivakta Parishad Celebrated

On the foundation day of Adhivakta Parishad, Justice Krishan Pahal, a high court judge emphasized the use of Hindi in courts as according to him there is no obstacle in presenting one’s side before any court in the state.
Justice Krishan Pahal was addressing a program as chief guest organized by the high court unit of Adhivakta Parishad on its foundation day at the library hall of the High Court Bar Association on Wednesday evening.
Emphasizing that one should love his language, Justice Krishan Pahal said that there is no legal obstacle in preparing the plant in Hindi and presenting one’s side before any court of Uttar Pradesh. We should try to use our mother tongue as much as possible and also put our point in the mother tongue in the court, he added.
Highlighting the importance of Ahivakta Parishad, he said that it was formed to provide justice to the person standing in the last row of society. Adhivakta Parishad can play an important role in the training of young advocates, he added.
Discussing the law-making process, he said that there should be detailed discussion before making any law and advocates should play a very active role in it. In his address, he further cited the inconsistencies in many laws and suggested the advocates study various subjects and increase rationality.
In the beginning, the program was inaugurated after the joint lighting of the lamp by the chief guest of the program – Justice Krishan Pahal,  special guest additional advocate general Mahesh Chandra Chaturvedi, and ex-president of High Court Bar Association – Radhakant Ojha. After singing Vande Mataram, the guests on the stage were welcomed by the advocates of the unit. The special guest of the program, additional advocate general Mahesh Chandra Chaturvedi suggested organizing such events regularly. Former president of the High Court Bar Association – Radhakant Ojha, who was presiding over the program thanked the advocates present in the auditorium and called upon them to follow the principles mentioned by the chief guest. The program was conducted by Abhinav Gaur and the introduction of the topic was given by Soumitra Dwivedi.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion included chief standing counsel-II Rajeshwar Tripathi, general secretary of Adhivakta Parishad, Kashi Neeraj Singh, vice president of Adhivakta Parishad- Naresh Chandra Tripathi, Prabhuti Kant Tripathi and scores of others.
