INDI alliance will get 295 plus seats, announced congress president Mallikarjun Kharge. Congress and alliance leaders attend meeting at Kharge’s residence.


Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has said that INDI alliance is going to get 295 plus seats when poll results are announced on June 4.

He said this while addressing a meeting of INDI alliance partners in New Delhi.

Announcing this, the congress president said the number of seats in congress alliance kitty is expected to be above 295 not less under any circumstances.

Kharge said, he was quoting the figure after talking to several Congress and alliance leaders.

The meeting saw top congress and alliance leaders congregating at the residence of the congress president.

Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Akhilesh Yadav, Farukh Abdulla and nearly all top alliance leaders had assembled at the residence of the congress president.

On the other hand AAP contestant Somnath Bharti is reported to have announced during exit poll programme that he would get his head shaven in case Modi becomes PM for the third time.
