India Unveils ‘CommandCORE’: Arinox AI and KOGO AI Launch Offline AI System Without Internet Dependency
New Delhi: In a major development for India’s rapidly expanding artificial intelligence ecosystem, two domestic technology companies — Arinox AI and KOGO AI — have introduced what they describe as the country’s first fully sovereign, offline Artificial Intelligence platform.
The system, named CommandCORE, is designed to run advanced AI models without requiring an active internet connection.
The announcement, made during the India AI Impact Summit 2026, has generated significant attention within technology and policy circles, as it signals a potential shift away from cloud-dependent AI systems toward secure, on-premise computing infrastructure.
AI Without the Internet
Unlike conventional AI platforms that rely heavily on cloud servers and constant internet connectivity for processing data, CommandCORE is engineered to function entirely offline.
