It’s called soul’: Anand Mahindra hails woman’s rendition of AR Rahman’s Tamil song ‘Kannodu Kanbathellam’.

On Sunday, he dedicated a post to a woman’s soul-soothing singing.

The woman has been identified as Keerthana Vijayy, popular for her cover song videos on Instagram. She enjoys 6,19,000 followers on the platform. In the now-viral clip, Vijayy can be seen singing the popular Tamil Song Kannodu Kanbathellam from Jeans—which starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Prashanth.

Originally crooned by Nithyasree Mahadev, Kannodu Kanbathelllam has been penned by lyricist Vairamuthu and composed by AR Rahman.
