St. Andrew’s (Blue) House Clinches Athletics Trophy at Boys’ High School & College Annual Sports Meet

Prayagraj: The Annual Sports Day of Boys’ High School & College concluded with spirited competition and vibrant displays of talent, as St. Andrew’s (Blue) House emerged the overall champion, lifting the coveted Athletics Trophy.

St. Patrick’s (Green) House secured second place, followed by St. Peter’s (Yellow) House in third and St. George’s (Red) House in fourth position.

The event was graced by Justice Ashutosh Srivastava of the Allahabad High Court, who attended as the chief guest.

Principal D. A. Luke welcomed him warmly. Sports Captain Adya Singh led the ceremonial march-past before administering the athletes’ oath and lighting the ceremonial torch.

Impressive March-Past and Colourful Drill Performances

The march-past saw Blue House take first place, Green House second, Red House third, and Yellow House fourth.

Alumni from the 1975 and 2000 batches also participated in the march-past, adding a nostalgic flavour to the ceremony.

Younger students from Playway, Nursery and Preparatory classes charmed the audience with their parade titled “Babies’ Day Out”, followed by an engaging performance themed “Welcome Playway”.

Nursery and Preparatory students presented a delightful drill titled “Pied Piper of Hamelin”, while students of Classes 1 to 3 performed “Elements of Nature”, receiving loud applause.

Classes 4 and 5 showcased “Bharat: A Journey”, highlighting diverse aspects of Indian culture and life.

Students of Classes 6 and 7 performed “A Luminous Rhapsody”, while Classes 8, 9 and 10 staged a dynamic drill titled “A Symphony of Varicoloured Emotions”.
