Ten year imprisonment and fine that could go upto one crore. This is going to be slammed on those guilty of paper leak playing with future of millions of students.

It’s enough says central government.

This hard hitting law is now in place hence forward.

President of India Draupadi Murmu has already put seal on this hard hitting law.

This step by the government is being considered an important milestone in the midst of chaos in the minds of lakhs of students who appear in different examination after burning the midnight oil in search of better future and placement.

The Central Bureau of Investigation has lodged a case in connection with UGC-Net examination paper leak.

The new law has been enforced under sub section 2 of section 1 of use of prevention of unfair means.

The bill regarding this had been passed in the Rajya Sabha on February 9 and Lok Sabha had passed it  on February 6.

The bill was given green signal by the President on February 12.

Meanwhile, the Economic Offences Wing of Bihar police is ready to reportedly hand over its report on NEET paper leak issue to the education ministry .

This contains copies of statements of thirteen persons including four arrested students.

Besides, the team will also hand over admit cards and copies of burnt question and answer papers to the ministry.

In the other hand another student, according to reports,Ayush has admitted before the police that he had been helped by one व्सीकंदर Prasad Yaduvanshi.

Ayush had appeared in the NEET examination from DAV School situated in Rajvanshi Nagar in Patna.

He has admitted his crime.

Ayush reportedly told police that he had gone to Kota for preparing for NEET examination but his father asked him to come back as arrangents had been made for his clearance in the NEET examination.

On the night of May 4/5 he met Sikandar along with his father. He found that students were being made to cram NEET question and answers. A sum of Rs 40 lakh had to be paid for this.

Akhilesh Kumar, father of Ayush in his statement to police reportedly admitted that, Sikandar asked him to pay the lofty amount after his son got through the examination.

Akhilesh Kumar also admitted having agreed to the money demand in greed for his son’s future.
