UP CM Yogi Aditya Nath has directed all authorities concerned to get inner ring roads constructed in all the cities of the state.
All facilities including commercial activities be developed on link roads near the ring roads.
This would minimise the growing commercial activities in the cities of Uttar Pradesh and would also lessen the crowd. The cities in the state were getting crammed.
He said Khurja and Bulandshahar development authority be combined into one unit.
He said sports City, Medi city, Knowledge city, Nature Park, Ayush Park etc should be developed near the ring roads.
He directed officials to dispose off public grievances and pass maps without any delay and appoint good town planners for this purpose.
He said ,officials should come up with concrete plan for re-use of solid and liquid waste in all cities of the state. This includes inclusion of rid – use, re-use and recycle plans.
Land fill sites be identified and STP and CETP plants should be constructed at the earliest incorporating new technology.
Encroachment near Kukrail river in Lucknow has been removed in order to give new life to the river.
He said, there was too much encroachment from Ramganga river in Moradabad, upto Varanasi and Saharanpur .
The CM issued these directions while addressing housing and urban planning department officials at Lucknow.
