District Bar Association cancels membership of four lawyers who allegedly assaulted a couple in the presence of Judge.

In a decision having far reaching consequences, the District Bar Association  Allahabad, UP cancelled the membership of four advocates Ranvijay Singh, Mohd Asif, Mehtab and Aftab for their act of violence inside the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Chetna Singh.
According to a press release signed by Bar Secretary Dinesh Chandra Pandey received by the witnesstimes around 11.30 pm on what’s ap, the Bar took this stern step looking at the unruly behaviour of the above mentioned advocates inside the court while proceedings were going on.
The incident is a blot in the name of advocates fraternity.
Under these circumstances the DBA unanimously agreed to cancel the membership of the four lawyers against whom FIR has been lodged under various sections, the press release says.
