NEET -UG case : CBI arrests two persons from Patna.

The NEET exam paper leak issue has started unveiling with the first arrest made by CBI at Patna.

The CBI has arrested Manish Prakash and Ashutosh Kumar in the NEET -UG paper leak issue.

The CBI before arresting them tried to cull information and grilled them.

The duo are reported to have accomodated candidates at a boys hostel a day before the NEET examination where they were given leaked papers and answers.

The school was reported to have been booked by the duo where leaked papers wer found in burnt state.

A day after education ministry handed over probe, CBI started investigating the case of alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG  exam 2024.

Students from across the country had been on warpath crying for CBI probe into this national issue.

Sources said CBI will be investigating six cases from Bihar Gujrat and Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

The NEET-UG is conducted by National Testing Agency that is manned by top officials who too are under suspicion for their handling of this prestigious examination.

The NEET Director was recently replaced following the controversy.

The exam was conducted on May 5.

Lakhs ofstudents appear every year in this examination.

The Supreme Court it may be mentioned is also hearing several writ petitions filed by students.
