The Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad is all set to drive away people calling themselves saints hoodwinking gullible persons by showing magic tricks.

The Akhara Parishad is preparing a list of self-styled saints sending wrong signals in society by masquerading as Baba possessing power to help people in various ways.
The list will be released in Prayagraj where Kumbh mela starts in the month of January.
The Akhara Parishad has demanded that Prayagraj mela authority should issue guidelines as such self-styled godmen spread superstition and confusion in the society.
The statement comes in the wake of recent Hathras stampede tragedy in which 121 innocent persons lost their lives.
A meeting in this regard has been convened on July 18.
Seers have planned to raise their voices once again in this meeting.
At the center of the controversy lies one Bhole Baba, at whose satsang so many people died in a stampede.
President Akhil Bhartiya Akhada Parishad Mahant Ravindrapuri said a meeting with the Mela administration has been planned.
According to Shri Mahant Maheshwar Das of Udaseen Akhara people like Bhole Baba could be addressed as Kathawachak or pracharak but by any yardstick they should not be addressed as ‘Sant or seer’.
The government should send a notification in this regard.
The height of superstition  could be gauged from the fact that even after such a tragedy followers of Bhole Baba reached this small house at Agra and women cleaned the platform in front of this house with their saree Pallu.
The followers believe that Baba had nothing to do with the stampede tragedy. On being asked ‘if the Baba had godly power why could he not foresee the impending tragedy’. On her part the women kept quiet as she had no answer to this question.
