MP Patwari and Two Sons Found Dead in Pipariya; Police Probe Unclear Circumstances
A disturbing incident in Madhya Pradesh’s Narmadapuram district has left three members of a family dead, with investigators trying to establish what happened in the hours before their deaths.
Ajay Dhakad, a patwari posted in Udaipura in Raisen district, died after coming under the Sanghamitra Express near Pipariya railway station on Sunday afternoon.
Later that evening, his two sons were found dead inside a locked car in the station’s parking area, police said.
The boys, Samarth, 13, and Shivay, 11, were discovered at around 6 pm. Police are investigating the circumstances of their deaths, including preliminary findings that reportedly indicated marks on their necks consistent with strangulation.
Family began searching after receiving news of father’s death
According to relatives, Dhakad had left home earlier on Sunday with his two children, telling his wife, Malti, that he intended to take them to watch a film. When she asked whether she could join them, he reportedly declined.
Police records indicate that the car was parked at Pipariya railway station at approximately 2.20 pm. A parking ticket was issued, after which Dhakad was seen leaving the parking area alone.
At around 2.30 pm, he came under the Sanghamitra Express on the railway tracks, according to police.
Authorities later informed his family about his death after Malti attempted to contact him by phone at approximately 5.30 pm.
Pratap Singh Dhakad, Ajay’s uncle, said the family started looking for the children after learning that Ajay had died.
Their search eventually led them to the station’s parking lot, where the two boys were found inside the locked vehicle.
Police examine suspected strangulation marks.
Investigators are attempting to reconstruct the sequence of events and determine how the children died.
Preliminary examinations reportedly revealed marks around both boys’ necks that raised suspicion of strangulation.
However, police have not yet established the cause of death. The findings remain preliminary, and post-mortem examinations are expected to help determine what happened.
Sub-divisional police officer Ashish Pawar said the children had marks on their necks and that investigators were questioning family members to understand the circumstances that preceded Dhakad’s death.
No first information report (FIR) had been registered at the time of the reported developments.
Questions remain over the circumstances.
Police have yet to establish why Dhakad took the extreme step or what occurred between the time he arrived at the railway station and the discovery of his sons’ bodies.
Investigators are examining the available evidence and questioning relatives as they seek to establish the timeline and circumstances surrounding all three deaths.
The cause of the children’s deaths and the events leading up to the tragedy remain under investigation.

बाद में उनके बेटों समर्थ, 13 वर्ष, और शिवाय, 11 वर्ष, के शव स्टेशन परिसर की पार्किंग में खड़ी कार के अंदर मिले। बच्चों के शव शाम करीब छह बजे बरामद किए गए।

पुलिस की जानकारी के अनुसार, अजय ने दोपहर करीब 2.20 बजे पिपरिया रेलवे स्टेशन की पार्किंग में कार खड़ी की थी।
इस दौरान पार्किंग की पर्ची भी जारी हुई। इसके कुछ समय बाद वह अकेले पार्किंग क्षेत्र से बाहर निकलते दिखाई दिए।
करीब 2.30 बजे उनके ट्रेन की चपेट में आने की सूचना मिली। शाम लगभग 5.30 बजे मालती ने उनके मोबाइल फोन पर संपर्क करने की कोशिश की।
उस समय फोन पुलिस के पास था। पुलिस ने परिवार को अजय की मौत की जानकारी दी, जिसके बाद दोनों बच्चों की तलाश शुरू हुई।
अजय के चाचा प्रताप सिंह धाकड़ के मुताबिक, परिवार को जब अजय की मौत का पता चला, तो उन्होंने बच्चों को खोजना शुरू किया। तलाश का अंत रेलवे स्टेशन की पार्किंग में हुआ, जहां दोनों बच्चे बंद कार के भीतर मृत पाए गए।
बच्चों की गर्दन पर निशान, मौत की वजह की जांच
पुलिस अब यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है कि बच्चों की मौत किन परिस्थितियों में हुई और रविवार दोपहर से शाम के बीच क्या घटनाक्रम रहा।
शुरुआती जांच में उनकी गर्दन के आसपास निशान मिलने की जानकारी सामने आई है। इन निशानों को संभावित गला घोंटने से जोड़ा जा रहा है।
हालांकि, पुलिस ने अभी इसे अंतिम निष्कर्ष नहीं माना है। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से बच्चों की मौत के कारणों के बारे में अधिक स्पष्टता मिलने की उम्मीद है।
