St Columbus School children ( Salori Branch) participated at a district level Judo competition at the Madan Mohan Malviya Stadium, Prayagraj.
They were greeted with cheers by other students and participants who had gathered at the stadium.
All contestants displayed their skills in this game making it clear that they were shining stars who would perform better in the days to come.
In 30 kg weight contest Aditya Sonkar and Aryan Pal won the silver medal while Priyanshu Kumar and Aryan Yadav grabbed the Copper medal.
In 50 kg group Anas Husain and Aman Pal got copper medal.
In 60 kg weight group Pranjal Singh snatched the silver.
The function was inaugurated by Ranvijay Singh while the sports officer Sanjay Gupta distributed prizes to the enthusiastic participants.
Sports teacher Kusum Yadav and other teachers of St Columbus School including Alisha Pandit, Sheela Tripathi, and Darakhsan Husain accompanied the participants to oversee the event.
Dr Geeta Chauhan distributed prizes to students on behalf of the school and wished them a bright future ahead.
The school management has congratulated all shining students and has promised to support them in future.
