Sunny Leone denied permission to perform at Kerala University

The Vice Chancellor of Kerala University has reportedly denied permission for Sunny Leone’s performance. The event is scheduled to take place on in July 5.

Kerala University Vice Chancellor Dr Mohanan Kunnumal has stated that authorities have prohibited performance by outside bands and artists inside the campuses of the affiliated colleges abd institutes.

He recalled how last year, ahead of singer Nikhita Gandhi’s performance in school of engineering of the Cochin University of Science and Technology, there was a massive stampede that resulted in the death of four students and injuries to sixty if them, reports free press journal.

The artist’s also charge a hefty fee and since students cannot afford it they resort to crowd funding, which is also not allowed inside the university campus, adds the report.
