Police arrests Vibhav,Delhi CM’S PA in alleged Swati Maliwal’ s molestation case.

Police has arrested Vibhav, PA to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on charges of attacking Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal.

The charges framed in the FIR against Vibhav include unintentional attempt to murder, molestation and threat to kill.

Police took Vibhav into custody from the CM’s residence from where he was taken to civil lines police station and was arrested after four hour long interrogation.

Later he was produced before duty magistrate at Tees Hazari court. The court allowed five days remand custody of the accused. Earlier, the court had rejected the bail application of Vibhav.

Swati Maliwal’ s medical report describes injuries sustained by her during the assault at four places on her body. Her medical examination was carried out at AIMS’s trauma centre.

On the other hand Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has described the entire episode as conspiracy to to put all AAP leaders behind bars.

“We all would go to BJP headquarters Sunday afternoon even if all of us were out behind bars”.
