Wife slaps her drunk husband who in turn stabs her to death: Husband arrested for murder:

Allahabad: A family squabble between a couple turned so dangerous that the angry husband stabbed his wife to death.
Sources said, highly annoyed with her husband, the wife had slapped the husband.
In turn the husband lost his anger to such an extent that he stabbed his wife to death.
The couple’s son lodged a case against the father who was arrested by the police.
The accused Suraj Sharma resident of Katghar locality in the city is a Jal Nigam employee.
Suraj was married to Sadhna 22 years ago.
Tushar and Aditya are their two sons.
On Rakshabandhan day the accused came home drunk in the night. Aditya, the younger son asked his father for some money.
Instead of giving money to his son, Suraj began abusing his son. The wife’s intervention turned into a heated argument between the couple.
Sadhna, at this point allegedly slapped her drunk husband. Suraj who was dead drunk picked up a knife and stabbed his wife in the stomach.
The two sons rushed their mother to hospital with the help of neighbours but Sadhna died during the course of treatment.
Station in charge Muthiganj Sunil Bajpai rushed to the house if the accused on getting information and arrested Suraj on charges of murdering his wife. The police also recovered the knife used in the stabbing.
According to ACP Pushkar Varma, the younger son of Suraj had asked him for some money. This was followed by a quarrel between the couple. In between this the wife slapped her drunk husband who stabbed her.
