Allahabad police busts on line gaming racket: 12 youngsters arrested: Dupe 2.5 crore in just 15 days:

The Naini police in Allahabad have busted a twelve member gang who had duped crores through on line gaming. In just 15 days this gang had hoodwinked 2.5 crores from gullible on line players.
42 mobile phones, 55 sim cards, 5 laptops have been recovered from their possession.
Those involved in this gaming quickly logged out the moment police swooped on the hideout in Naini, Allahabad, uttarpradesh.
According to DCP Yamunanagar Shradha Pandey the gang had rented a Rs 40,000 flat in Mahewa, Naini.
Three dupsters Vijay Nishad,Praveen Varma and Suraj Chaurasia were handling this gaming from Allahabad.
Suraj and Vijay had earlier worked at several places in Bihar and after being well trained in the art of tricking they shifted their base to Allahabad.
Suraj Chaurasia who is a local helped in getting a rented flat in Naini. In order to make others believe that there was nothing
fishy they had gone around telling people that sales agents frequent the place for business.
Besides these three, youths from Chattisgarh and Gazipur were employed for message reading. They were being paid between 15,000 to 25,000.
This gang is aged between 19 to 25.
Nine of them studied beyond 12th class.
An unspecified number of young and old alike have their eyes fixed on smart phones these days while a good number of them were using this apparatus for better purposes but vast number of them were certainly involved in fishy things. Making quick money is also one of them but in the end they end up loosing good money says a police officer.
