Complete Maha Kumbh Works By October 2024:CM Yogi Aditya Nath Tells Prayagraj Officials

All permanent work related to Maha Kumbh should be completed by October, said UP, CM Yogi Aditya Nath during his visit to the city here Saturday.
The CM instructed officials concerned to ensure nothing remains undone by this deadline.
The CM gave these instructions to officials during a meeting at the Circuit House.
The CM who took feedback from officials of sixteen departments directed that top-class facilities be provided to devouts.

Taking a cue from Lucknow and Mumbai hoarding mishaps that took so many lives, the CM directed officials to get big hoardings removed from atop buildings and residential houses.
Besides signages in Hindi, these are displayed in English and regional languages for the convenience of people coming from south, Nepal, and other countries.
The CM instructed officials to see that good facilities were provided to people coming to the Kumbh inside the area as well as other places in the city including clean toilets, sitting and resting places.
Establish dialogue with traders, representatives, stakeholders, Akharas, industrialists, ashrams, seers, social organizations, and people representing them, only then safe and good Mahakumbh would be possible, said the CM, expecting all officials to show coordination in their work.
The CM snatched a short time to visit the Hanuman Temple near the Fort.
After Arti he was told by Mahant Balbir Giri that PDA wanted to take control of the Mandir corridor which is coming up in the area. The Mahant expressed his opposition to the PDA plan.
The CM replied to him that ‘any decision would not be taken unilaterally but after discussion with you’.
