St Columbus group of schools organised awareness programme to observe earth day today at its Salori branch in the city.

Tej Srivastava, Arush Srivastava, Mahi Tewari, Aryan Yadav, Rudransh Misra, Vihan Srivastava and Vanshika Yadav wrote slogans while Aprajita, Abhishree Pandey, Pragun Srivastava, Anishka Yadav, Jeeva Chaudhary made posters in honour of the earth.
A group of students including Aradhya Sonkar, Anas, Kavya, Satya Sagar and Jagriti planting tree saplings. Students also organised awareness rally on the occasion with an appeal to save and preserve the earth.
School teachers Vibha Dubey, Dimple Misra, Meenakshi Shukla, Ayushi Tewari, Mona Juyal, Anshu Yadav, Kahkasha Anjum, Nazneen, Sheela Tripathi helped and supported the children in this cause.
Principal Geeta Chauhan urged children to increase their awareness towards our mother Earth.
On their part children took oath to preserve the environment and save the earth.
