Israeli Airstrike Hits Hezbollah Site in Beirut as Regional Tensions Threaten US-Iran Peace Efforts

The Israeli military said on Sunday that it carried out strikes against infrastructure linked to the Lebanon-based Hezbollah movement in the southern suburbs of Beirut.

The attack reportedly destroyed a five-storey building within a residential compound and marked another escalation in the fragile security situation along Israel’s northern frontier.

According to reports citing Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA), at least two people were killed, and four others were injured in the strike.
