Prayagraj Students Shine in ICSE & ISC Results 2026 with Scores Above 99%

The atmosphere in Prayagraj turned celebratory on Thursday as the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the results for both Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE, Class 10) and Indian School Certificate (ISC, Class 12).

Students across the city delivered an outstanding performance, with several achieving near-perfect scores and bringing pride to their schools.

Among the top achievers, Lakshita Kushwaha from Girls’ High School and College emerged as a standout performer in ICSE, securing an impressive 99.20%.

In the ISC (Science stream), Nishkarsh Gupta of St. Joseph’s College led the charts with an exceptional 99.25%, reflecting both consistency and academic excellence.

The results this year were marked by a remarkable number of students crossing the coveted 99% mark, underscoring the city’s strong academic culture. Schools across Prayagraj reported excellent overall performances.

At Boys’ High School and College, 314 students appeared for the ISC examination, out of which 44 scored above 90%. In ICSE, 492 students took the exam, and 108 of them secured 90% or higher—an achievement that highlights both student dedication and institutional support.

IPEM International School also reported strong outcomes. Around 70% of its ISC students scored above 80%, while in ICSE, more than 78% of candidates crossed the 80% threshold.

 

At St. John’s Academy, Karchana, 138 students appeared for the ICSE exam, with 27 scoring above 90%.

One of the brightest performances came from Kavyansh Thakur, who achieved perfect scores in multiple subjects, including English, Computer Applications, History & Civics, Chemistry, and Biology—a rare and commendable feat.

In the ISC examination at the same institution, 87 students appeared, and 18 of them secured more than 90%, adding to the school’s success story.

As the results were announced, celebrations erupted across homes and school campuses. For these young achievers, the results marked not just academic success but the beginning of new aspirations and opportunities.
