Prayagraj’s Nandigram Park to Get a ‘Maze’ Theme Park Inspired by Nature
Prayagraj: A flower-themed recreational park, popularly referred to as a ‘Flower Valley’, is set to be developed at Nandigram Park in Kalindipuram along with a Maze.
The proposed project aims to transform the area into a lush green attraction where visitors can experience the beauty of nature and colourful floral landscapes.
The redevelopment plan includes the creation of a large floral garden and a forest-inspired setting.
Authorities also intend to improve pedestrian access by developing dedicated pathways, allowing people to walk through the park and enjoy its scenic surroundings.
Officials are planning to convert the existing park into a Flower Valley Park and a maze designed as a family-friendly destination.
The project will offer residents and visitors a place to spend an entire day amid greenery and blooming flowers.
The initiative is expected to provide a refreshing escape from urban life while promoting environmental awareness.
The flower park is proposed to be spread over an area of approximately 22 bighas.
The estimated cost of developing the mega project is around ₹5 crore, and a tender has already been floated for its execution.
Anil Kumar Maurya, Assistant Engineer of the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA), said that the proposed flower park would feature a blend of Japanese and Mughal-style gardens.
Similar theme-based gardens have already been developed in other cities and have become popular attractions.
Although Prayagraj currently does not have a dedicated mega flower park, the upcoming project is expected to offer visitors the experience of walking through beautifully designed floral gardens and enjoying nature in an entirely new way.
प्रयागराज: कालिंदीपुरम स्थित नंदीग्राम पार्क को प्रकृति और फूलों की सुंदरता से सुसज्जित ‘फ्लावर वैली’ और ‘भूल भुलैया’ के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। इस महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना का उद्देश्य पार्क को एक आकर्षक हरित पर्यटन स्थल में बदलना है, जहाँ लोग रंग-बिरंगे फूलों और प्राकृतिक वातावरण का आनंद ले सकें।
पुनर्विकास योजना के तहत पार्क में बड़े स्तर पर फूलों के उद्यान और जंगल जैसी हरित संरचना तैयार की जाएगी। इसके साथ ही, लोगों को पार्क के भीतर आराम से घूमने और प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य का अनुभव कराने के लिए विशेष पैदल मार्ग भी विकसित किए जाएंगे।
प्राधिकरण पार्क को फ्लावर वैली पार्क के रूप में विकसित करने की तैयारी कर रहा है। इसे परिवारों के लिए एक आदर्श मनोरंजन स्थल के रूप में तैयार किया जाएगा, जहाँ लोग पूरे दिन प्रकृति की गोद में समय बिता सकेंगे। यह परियोजना शहरवासियों को व्यस्त शहरी जीवन से राहत देने के साथ-साथ पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने में भी सहायक होगी।
प्रस्तावित फ्लावर पार्क का विकास लगभग 22 बीघा क्षेत्रफल में किया जाएगा। इस मेगा परियोजना की अनुमानित लागत करीब ₹5 करोड़ है और इसके निर्माण के लिए निविदा भी जारी कर दी गई है।
प्रयागराज विकास प्राधिकरण (पीडीए) के सहायक अभियंता अनिल कुमार मौर्य के अनुसार, पार्क में जापानी और मुगल शैली के उद्यानों का अनूठा मिश्रण देखने को मिलेगा। इस प्रकार के थीम-आधारित उद्यान अन्य शहरों में पहले से विकसित किए जा चुके हैं और लोगों के बीच काफी लोकप्रिय हैं।
वर्तमान में प्रयागराज में कोई समर्पित मेगा फ्लावर पार्क नहीं है, लेकिन यह नई परियोजना लोगों को खूबसूरती से सजे फूलों के बागानों और प्राकृतिक वातावरण के बीच सैर करने का एक अनोखा अनुभव प्रदान करेगी।
