Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Project Manager nailed in Allahabad: Vigilance department unearths properties worth crores owned by him
Property worth crores has been found in the possession of Manoj Yadav working as a project manager with Rajkiya Nirman Nigam posted at Allahabad.
The vigilance department at Rampur, Dehradun, and Musouri residences of this officer conducted the raids.
The vigilance teams which conducted simultaneous raids at the three places found documents, several buildings, plots, and vehicles owned by Manoj Yadav.
The accused also owns several plots and properties in the name of his wife in Lucknow.
The raids were conducted following reports of properties owned by the official which were disproportionate to the known sources of his income.
The state vigilance department including the income tax and other agencies are scrutinizing officials posted in several state and central government departments and keeping an eye on the properties and wealth owned by them.
The raids are being conducted in pursuance of this policy of the state and the central government to root out corruption.
