Shekhar Suman’s Humorous Monologue on Aamir Khan’s Third Marriage Draws Laughter

Mumbai: Veteran actor and television personality Shekhar Suman has offered his trademark humorous take on Aamir Khan’s recent marriage to Gauri Spratt, blending Bollywood with political satire in the latest episode of his YouTube talk show, Shekhar Tonite.

His light-hearted observations quickly caught viewers’ attention as he compared the actor’s personal life to coalition politics.

Opening the segment, Shekhar jokingly remarked that Aamir had given future generations a new philosophy—never stop pursuing something until you finally achieve it.

Carrying the joke further, he quipped that politicians, in particular, should seek lessons from the actor because, according to him, no one understands the art of building successful “alliances” better than Aamir.

Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt officially married on July 5 in a private marriage registration ceremony held at the actor’s residence in Mumbai’s Bandra neighbourhood.

Aamir was first married to Reena Dutta in 1986 before the couple separated in 2002. He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005, and the two announced their separation in 2021 while continuing to co-parent their son Azad.

Although Aamir and Gauri had first met in 2001, they reconnected in early 2024 in Bengaluru through the actor’s cousin Nuzhat Khan.

इस सादगीपूर्ण समारोह में परिवार के करीबी सदस्य और मित्र शामिल हुए। दोनों के पिछले रिश्तों से जुड़े बच्चे भी इस अवसर पर मौजूद रहे।
