Uttar Pradesh Showcases Investment Potential at Global Growth Dialogue in Bengaluru
In a major push to accelerate industrial expansion and move closer to its ambitious one-trillion-dollar economy target, the Uttar Pradesh government organised the ‘Uttar Pradesh Global Growth Dialogue 2026’ in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
The event served as a platform to present the state’s economic strengths to domestic and international investors while encouraging long-term investment across key sectors.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath led the state delegation, accompanied by senior government officials, and interacted with industrialists, business leaders and corporate executives.
The programme included investor meetings, business roundtable discussions and a roadshow attended by representatives of multinational corporations, Global Capability Centre (GCC) operators, technology companies, infrastructure firms and financial investors.
Investment Commitments Cross ₹50,000 Crore
According to an official statement issued by the Uttar Pradesh government, the state received investment proposals exceeding ₹50,000 crore during the event.
Several companies expressed interest in expanding their presence in Uttar Pradesh by investing in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, information technology and industrial infrastructure.
The government described the dialogue as another significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to position Uttar Pradesh as one of India’s fastest-growing investment destinations.
Yogi Highlights Bengaluru’s Growth Story
Addressing industry leaders, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Bengaluru’s remarkable transformation from a city once known primarily for its gardens into one of the world’s leading technology and innovation hubs.
He said his interactions with investors from different sectors throughout the day reflected growing confidence in Uttar Pradesh’s economic potential.
The Chief Minister invited businesses to become partners in the state’s development journey by taking advantage of its expanding infrastructure and policy support.
Infrastructure Expansion Driving Industrial Growth
Highlighting the state’s infrastructure achievements, Yogi referred to several transformative projects, including the Varanasi-Haldia National Waterway, Delhi-Meerut Rapid Rail, metro rail services operating in seven cities, the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, and Uttar Pradesh’s expanding aviation network comprising five international airports and 11 domestic airports.
He also informed investors that commercial flight operations at Noida International Airport commenced on June 15, while construction work on five additional airports is progressing rapidly.
75,000-Acre Land Bank and Industry-Friendly Policies
The Chief Minister said Uttar Pradesh currently offers investors a 75,000-acre industrial land bank, backed by 36 sector-specific industrial policies designed to encourage investment across multiple industries.
He added that industrial parks and logistics hubs are being developed at 27 strategic locations along major expressways, providing businesses with improved connectivity and modern infrastructure for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Young Talent and Skilled Workforce a Major Advantage
Emphasising the state’s human resource strength, Yogi Adityanath said Uttar Pradesh produces nearly two lakh STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) graduates every year.
He noted that the state is home to two Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), one Indian Institute of Management (IIM), three state technical universities, and an extensive network of vocational and skill development institutions.
According to him, the government is actively preparing a workforce equipped with expertise in emerging technologies to meet future industrial demands.
Agriculture and Industry Register Strong Growth
The Chief Minister said Uttar Pradesh has witnessed significant progress in both agriculture and industrial development over the past nine years.
According to him, the state’s agricultural growth rate has increased from 8 per cent to 18 per cent, while the number of large industrial units has grown from approximately 14,000 to more than 33,000.
He added that through five agricultural universities and 89 Krishi Vigyan Kendras, farmers are being connected with modern agricultural practices, skill development programmes and wider market opportunities.
MoUs Signed Across Multiple Sectors
During the series of business roundtable meetings, more than 15 companies submitted investment proposals worth over ₹50,000 crore.
The Uttar Pradesh government said Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed across diverse sectors, including industrial development, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), electronics manufacturing and logistics.
Among the companies signing MoUs with the state government were LG, Aon, MetLife, and Table Space.
In addition, TeamLease entered into a non-financial agreement in the presence of the Chief Minister to support talent development for GCCs in Uttar Pradesh.
Vision 2031: 500 GCC Units and Grade-A Office Space
Sharing the state’s long-term vision, Yogi Adityanath announced that the government aims to develop 40 million square feet of Grade-A office space and establish 500 Global Capability Centre (GCC) units by 2031.
He said these initiatives would strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s position as a preferred destination for global businesses while creating large-scale employment opportunities for skilled professionals.
The delegation accompanying the Chief Minister included Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Deepak Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary (Industries) Alok Kumar, and Principal Secretary (IT & Electronics) Alok Kumar, who participated in discussions with investors and industry representatives.

उत्तर प्रदेश को एक ट्रिलियन डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के लक्ष्य को गति देने के उद्देश्य से राज्य सरकार ने बुधवार को बेंगलुरु में ‘उत्तर प्रदेश ग्लोबल ग्रोथ डायलॉग 2026’ का आयोजन किया।
इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य देश-विदेश के निवेशकों, उद्योग समूहों और वैश्विक कंपनियों के सामने उत्तर प्रदेश की औद्योगिक क्षमता, बेहतर बुनियादी ढांचे और निवेश अनुकूल नीतियों को प्रस्तुत करना था।
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार का उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुआ। मुख्यमंत्री ने उद्योगपतियों, निवेशकों और कॉरपोरेट जगत के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ कई दौर की बैठकें कीं।
कार्यक्रम में आयोजित रोड शो और राउंडटेबल चर्चाओं में ग्लोबल कैपेबिलिटी सेंटर (जीसीसी) संचालकों, प्रौद्योगिकी कंपनियों, अवसंरचना क्षेत्र की संस्थाओं और निवेशकों ने भी भाग लिया।
₹50,000 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव प्राप्त
राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी आधिकारिक बयान के अनुसार, इस निवेश सम्मेलन के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश को ₹50,000 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए। विभिन्न कंपनियों ने विनिर्माण, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, लॉजिस्टिक्स और औद्योगिक विकास जैसे क्षेत्रों में निवेश करने की इच्छा जताई।
सरकार ने इसे राज्य को देश के सबसे आकर्षक निवेश केंद्रों में स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि बताया।
योगी ने बेंगलुरु के विकास मॉडल की सराहना की
उद्योग जगत को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि बेंगलुरु ने एक ‘गार्डन सिटी’ से दुनिया के प्रमुख प्रौद्योगिकी और नवाचार केंद्र के रूप में जो पहचान बनाई है, वह पूरे देश के लिए प्रेरणादायक है।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिनभर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के उद्योगपतियों और निवेशकों से हुई बातचीत से यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि उत्तर प्रदेश में निवेश को लेकर उद्योग जगत का विश्वास लगातार बढ़ रहा है। उन्होंने निवेशकों को राज्य के विकास अभियान का सहभागी बनने का आमंत्रण भी दिया।
बेहतर बुनियादी ढांचा बना निवेश का मजबूत आधार
मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य में तेजी से विकसित हो रहे बुनियादी ढांचे का उल्लेख करते हुए वाराणसी-हल्दिया राष्ट्रीय जलमार्ग, दिल्ली-मेरठ रैपिड रेल, सात शहरों में संचालित मेट्रो रेल सेवाएं, पूर्वी और पश्चिमी समर्पित माल गलियारा (डेडिकेटेड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर) तथा पांच अंतरराष्ट्रीय और 11 घरेलू हवाई अड्डों के नेटवर्क की जानकारी निवेशकों के साथ साझा की।
उन्होंने बताया कि नोएडा अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे से 15 जून से वाणिज्यिक उड़ान सेवाएं शुरू हो चुकी हैं और राज्य में पांच नए हवाई अड्डों का निर्माण तेजी से चल रहा है।
75 हजार एकड़ भूमि बैंक और 36 निवेश प्रोत्साहन नीतियां
योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश निवेशकों को 75 हजार एकड़ का औद्योगिक भूमि बैंक उपलब्ध करा रहा है। इसके साथ ही निवेश को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए 36 क्षेत्र-विशिष्ट औद्योगिक नीतियां लागू की गई हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य के प्रमुख एक्सप्रेसवे के किनारे 27 स्थानों पर आधुनिक औद्योगिक और लॉजिस्टिक्स क्लस्टर विकसित किए जा रहे हैं, जिससे उद्योगों को बेहतर संपर्क, तेज परिवहन और आधुनिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध होंगी।
हर वर्ष तैयार हो रहे दो लाख STEM स्नातक
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश देश के सबसे बड़े प्रतिभा केंद्रों में से एक बनकर उभर रहा है। राज्य में हर वर्ष लगभग दो लाख STEM (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग और गणित) स्नातक तैयार होते हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में दो आईआईटी, एक आईआईएम, तीन राज्य तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय और बड़ी संख्या में कौशल विकास एवं व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान हैं। सरकार भविष्य की औद्योगिक आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए नई तकनीकों में दक्ष मानव संसाधन तैयार करने पर विशेष ध्यान दे रही है।
कृषि और उद्योग दोनों क्षेत्रों में तेज विकास
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले नौ वर्षों में राज्य के कृषि और औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति दर्ज की गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि कृषि विकास दर 8 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 18 प्रतिशत हो गई है, जबकि बड़े औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठानों की संख्या करीब 14 हजार से बढ़कर 33 हजार से अधिक हो चुकी है।
इसके अलावा पांच कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों और 89 कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों के माध्यम से किसानों को आधुनिक खेती, प्रशिक्षण और बेहतर बाजारों से जोड़ा जा रहा है।
15 से अधिक कंपनियों ने किए समझौते
कार्यक्रम के दौरान आयोजित विभिन्न राउंडटेबल बैठकों में 15 से अधिक कंपनियों ने ₹50,000 करोड़ से अधिक के निवेश प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किए। राज्य सरकार ने बताया कि औद्योगिक विकास, ग्लोबल कैपेबिलिटी सेंटर (जीसीसी), इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स विनिर्माण और लॉजिस्टिक्स सहित अनेक क्षेत्रों में समझौता ज्ञापनों (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।
एलजी, एऑन, मेटलाइफ और टेबल स्पेस जैसी कंपनियों ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के साथ एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर किए। वहीं टीमलीज ने मुख्यमंत्री की उपस्थिति में जीसीसी क्षेत्र के लिए प्रतिभा विकास को बढ़ावा देने संबंधी एक गैर-वित्तीय समझौता किया।
2031 तक 500 जीसीसी इकाइयों का लक्ष्य
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का लक्ष्य वर्ष 2031 तक चार करोड़ वर्ग फुट (40 मिलियन स्क्वायर फीट) ग्रेड-ए कार्यालय परिसर विकसित करने और 500 ग्लोबल कैपेबिलिटी सेंटर (जीसीसी) स्थापित करने का है।
उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इससे उत्तर प्रदेश वैश्विक कंपनियों के लिए एक प्रमुख कारोबारी केंद्र के रूप में उभरेगा और लाखों युवाओं के लिए नए रोजगार के अवसर सृजित होंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री के साथ इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एवं औद्योगिक विकास आयुक्त दीपक कुमार, अपर मुख्य सचिव (उद्योग) आलोक कुमार तथा प्रमुख सचिव (आईटी एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स) आलोक कुमार भी प्रतिनिधिमंडल का हिस्सा रहे और निवेशकों के साथ विभिन्न बैठकों में शामिल हुए।
