Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Aditya Nath while reviewing the situation on all administrative and legal fronts through video conferencing has said, that the government was monitoring the works of all employees and officers posted in every district of the the state.
The CM has warned officials not to show slackness in “Jan Sunwai” else they will have to face the consequences.
The CM directed all officials concerned to take strict action against all those persons who tried to create trouble during “Ganesh Pratima Visarjan” ( immersion of the Ganesha idol in the river after the festival)
The CM directed officials to be vigilant and ensure that coming festivals like Barawafat, Anant Chaturdasi, Pitra Paksha, Navratra, and Vijay Dashmi were get celebrated in a joyful and peaceful atmosphere.
The administrative and police machinery have been directed to deal strictly with those trying to create problems during festivals.
Officials have been given a free hand to deal with people who incite communal feelings and anger through messages to disturb law and order and harmony in society.
Cars and two-wheelers should not be parked on roadsides as this creates hindrance in the smooth flow of traffic, said the CM
