Jemima Goldsmith Opens New Chapter With Cameron O’Reilly, Shares Glimpses of Family Wedding

LONDON: For Jemima Goldsmith, her marriage to businessman Cameron O’Reilly was very much a family occasion.
Days after exchanging vows, the British television and film producer has offered a glimpse inside the closely guarded celebration, revealing how their children and relatives were woven into virtually every part of the ceremony.
Goldsmith and O’Reilly exchanged vows on September 12, choosing to celebrate away from the glare of a large public event.
The guest list was largely confined to people closest to the couple, while details of the occasion remained private until Goldsmith released a selection of photographs on social media.
Her pictures presented the wedding less as a celebrity occasion and more as the coming together of two families.
Goldsmith’s sons, Sulaiman and Kasim Khan, had one of the most personal roles of the day, accompanying their mother down the aisle.
The brothers are Goldsmith’s children from her marriage to former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan.
Their presence alongside their mother became one of the defining family moments of the ceremony.
O’Reilly’s children were equally involved. His daughters, Swasha and Tara, joined the bridal party, while his sons Elliot and Oscar were given prominent responsibilities on the groom’s side.
Tyrian White served as Goldsmith’s maid of honour.
The wider family circle was also brought into the celebrations. Goldsmith’s nephews Frankie, Isaac and James, together with O’Reilly’s brothers Gavin and Tony, helped perform ceremonial duties, making the wedding very much a collective family affair.
In sharing the photographs, Goldsmith devoted much of her message to thanking those who helped bring the occasion together.
She credited stylist Martha Ward for her wedding look and also acknowledged Kate Rothschild and Annabel Rivkin among those who supported her behind the scenes.
The wedding begins another chapter in Goldsmith’s life more than two decades after her first marriage ended.
She was 21 when she married Imran Khan in 1995 and subsequently made Pakistan her home.
The marriage lasted nine years before the couple divorced in 2004. Their sons, Sulaiman and Kasim, have remained an enduring link between the two families.
Goldsmith later built a career in television and film production in Britain, while Imran went on to become Pakistan’s prime minister.
Their lives have since followed very different paths, although developments surrounding Khan continue to draw attention to the family.
That connection has been particularly visible recently because Sulaiman and Kasim have spoken publicly about their father’s imprisonment in Pakistan.
The brothers have raised concerns over his treatment in custody, including his access to healthcare and communication with relatives.
Kasim has also criticised restrictions surrounding his father’s detention and questioned the conditions under which he is being held.
Those political circumstances were far removed from Goldsmith’s understated wedding celebration.
Her newly released photographs instead focused on family, friends and the people who helped organise the occasion.
By waiting several days before sharing the images, Goldsmith also kept the ceremony itself largely outside the public spotlight.
What eventually emerged was a carefully selected portrait of a small wedding in which the couple’s children occupied many of the most meaningful roles.
For Goldsmith, the photographs mark the public introduction of a new personal chapter—one shaped not only by her marriage to O’Reilly, but also by the blending of their families.
