Rakesh Pandey Hails Yogi Adityanath as ‘Guardian’ of Lawyers at Allahabad High Court Function
High Court Bar Association president welcomes handover of new building keys, says facility will provide professional space to over 11,000 advocates
Prayagraj: Allahabad High Court Bar Association president Rakesh Pandey on September 14 welcomed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to the Allahabad High Court and described his presence at the function as a significant occasion for the legal fraternity.
In his welcome address, Pandey said the Chief Minister’s role extended beyond that of the administrative head of Uttar Pradesh, portraying Adityanath as a strong supporter and protector of the interests of the state’s advocates.
He described the Chief Minister as someone the legal community could turn to in times of difficulty.
Pandey said the gathering at the High Court represented more than a formal interaction between the government and the legal fraternity.
According to him, the occasion reflected the idea that different institutions and individuals may function independently while remaining connected by mutual goodwill, respect and a shared sense of responsibility.
Welcoming the handing over of the keys of the newly constructed building to representatives of the advocates, the Bar president said the facility would significantly expand the professional space available to lawyers.
He said more than 11,000 advocates would have access to professional space in the new building.
The development, he said, marked an important step for the High Court Bar Association because the building itself had already been inaugurated, but the process of allotting the available spaces had remained pending.
Pandey said that the handing over of the keys during the Chief Minister’s visit brought the long-awaited allotment process to completion.
He welcomed the development as a meaningful moment for members of the Bar, who would now be able to make use of the newly created facility.
The Bar president’s remarks also placed emphasis on the broader relationship between the government and the legal community.
By welcoming the Chief Minister and acknowledging the completion of the allotment process, Pandey highlighted the importance of continued engagement between the administration and advocates on issues concerning their professional requirements.
The September 14 function at the Allahabad High Court thus brought together the state government and the legal fraternity, with the new advocates’ building emerging as one of the key highlights of the occasion.

प्रयागराज: उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के 14 सितंबर को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट पहुंचने पर हाईकोर्ट बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष राकेश पांडे ने उनका स्वागत करते हुए अधिवक्ता समाज के प्रति उनके सहयोग और समर्थन की सराहना की।
मुख्यमंत्री हाईकोर्ट में आयोजित एक समारोह में शामिल होने के लिए पहुंचे थे।
स्वागत संबोधन में राकेश पांडे ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री की भूमिका केवल प्रदेश के प्रशासनिक मुखिया तक सीमित नहीं है।
उन्होंने योगी आदित्यनाथ को अधिवक्ता समाज का सच्चा संरक्षक बताते हुए कहा कि वे वकीलों की समस्याओं और जरूरतों के समय उनके लिए संकटमोचक की भूमिका निभाते रहे हैं।
बार अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि इस तरह का मंच केवल औपचारिक कार्यक्रम नहीं है, बल्कि यह विभिन्न संस्थाओं और वर्गों के बीच संवाद तथा आपसी सद्भाव का संदेश भी देता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति और संस्था अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र में स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य करती है, लेकिन इस स्वतंत्रता के साथ आपसी सम्मान, सहयोग और सद्भावना का संबंध भी बना रहता है।
राकेश पांडे ने मुख्यमंत्री के हाथों अधिवक्ताओं के लिए तैयार किए गए नए भव्य भवन की चाबियां सौंपे जाने का स्वागत किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह भवन हाईकोर्ट में बड़ी संख्या में अधिवक्ताओं की पेशेवर जरूरतों को पूरा करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
उन्होंने बताया कि नए भवन में 11 हजार से अधिक अधिवक्ताओं को व्यावसायिक स्थान उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इससे बड़ी संख्या में वकीलों को अपने पेशेवर कार्य के लिए बेहतर और व्यवस्थित स्थान मिल सकेगा।
बार अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि भवन का निर्माण पूरा होने के बाद उसका उद्घाटन भी पहले ही किया जा चुका था, लेकिन अधिवक्ताओं को स्थान आवंटित करने की प्रक्रिया अभी लंबित थी।
मुख्यमंत्री की मौजूदगी में चाबियां सौंपे जाने के साथ ही यह प्रक्रिया भी पूरी हो गई।
उन्होंने कहा कि लंबे समय से प्रतीक्षित आवंटन प्रक्रिया का पूरा होना अधिवक्ता समुदाय के लिए महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है।
नए भवन के उपयोग से वकीलों को अपने पेशेवर कार्यों के संचालन के लिए अतिरिक्त और व्यवस्थित स्थान उपलब्ध होगा।
राकेश पांडे के संबोधन में मुख्यमंत्री और अधिवक्ता समुदाय के बीच सहयोग की भावना भी प्रमुखता से दिखाई दी।
उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि अधिवक्ताओं की पेशेवर जरूरतों से जुड़े विषयों पर सरकार और बार के बीच निरंतर संवाद बना रहना आवश्यक है।
मुख्यमंत्री के हाईकोर्ट दौरे के दौरान आयोजित यह समारोह राज्य सरकार और अधिवक्ता समुदाय के बीच संवाद का महत्वपूर्ण अवसर बना।
कार्यक्रम में नए अधिवक्ता भवन की चाबियां सौंपे जाने और लंबित आवंटन प्रक्रिया के पूरा होने को प्रमुख उपलब्धियों के रूप में देखा गया।
