CJP Spokesperson Saurav Das Files Delhi Police Complaint Over Alleged Unauthorised Entry Into Residence, Seeks FIR
CJP spokesperson Saurav Das has lodged a complaint with Delhi Police alleging unauthorised entry and video recording inside his Greater Kailash residence. Police are verifying the allegations.
The chief spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), Saurav Das, has approached the Delhi Police alleging that several social media content creators unlawfully entered his residence in Greater Kailash and recorded videos inside the property while he was not present.
According to police officials, the complaint has been received, although no First Information Report (FIR) had been registered at the time of reporting.
In his representation to the police, Das, who is also among the founding members of the CJP, named two YouTube platforms—The Pamphlet and Jaipur Dialogues.
He further alleged that political commentator Abhijeet Iyer Mitra publicly highlighted the location of his residence and interfered with his peaceful occupation of the property, besides violating his personal privacy.
Sharing his concerns on social media platform X, Das alleged that individuals associated with certain YouTube channels had entered his house and circulated visuals from inside the premises.
He stated that the incident was not only an infringement of his privacy but also created a serious security concern for both him and his family.
In the same post, Das expressed apprehension that the publication of such material could expose him to potential threats.
He said that if any anti-social elements targeted him or his family because of the disclosure of details relating to his residence, those responsible for recording and circulating the videos should be held accountable.
The complaint also alleges that the individuals concerned questioned the caretaker, security staff, neighbours and people in the locality in an attempt to collect information about his personal life, financial matters and other private details.
Das claimed that these interactions were conducted without any legal authority and amounted to an unlawful intrusion into the personal affairs of his household.
Das further alleged that Deepak Sharma, who is associated with The Pamphlet, appeared in videos that purportedly showed him entering the premises and recording footage without authorisation for publication on social media platforms.
Seeking legal action, Das requested the registration of an FIR under Sections 329, 351 and 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), alleging offences relating to the incident.
According to the complaint, the videos allegedly revealed the internal layout of the residence as well as security arrangements in and around the property, which, he contended, could compromise the safety of his family members.
Delhi Police officials said the complaint is currently being examined and that the allegations are under verification. Appropriate action, they said, will be taken based on the findings of the inquiry.

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी (सीजेपी) के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरव दास ने दिल्ली पुलिस से शिकायत करते हुए आरोप लगाया है कि कुछ सोशल मीडिया कंटेंट निर्माताओं ने उनकी अनुपस्थिति में ग्रेटर कैलाश स्थित उनके आवास में कथित रूप से बिना अनुमति प्रवेश किया और परिसर के भीतर वीडियो रिकॉर्ड कर उन्हें सार्वजनिक मंचों पर प्रसारित किया।
पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार शिकायत प्राप्त हो चुकी है, हालांकि समाचार लिखे जाने तक इस मामले में कोई एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की गई थी।
अपनी शिकायत में, सीजेपी के संस्थापक सदस्यों में शामिल सौरव दास ने दो यूट्यूब चैनलों—द पेम्फलेट और जयपुर डायलॉग्स—का उल्लेख किया है।
उन्होंने राजनीतिक टिप्पणीकार अभिजीत अय्यर मित्रा पर भी आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने उनके आवास की ओर सार्वजनिक रूप से ध्यान आकर्षित किया, उनके शांतिपूर्ण कब्जे में हस्तक्षेप किया और उनकी निजता का उल्लंघन किया।
सोशल मीडिया मंच एक्स पर साझा किए गए संदेश में दास ने दावा किया कि कुछ यूट्यूब चैनलों से जुड़े लोगों ने उनके घर के भीतर प्रवेश कर वहां के दृश्य रिकॉर्ड किए और उन्हें सार्वजनिक किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह केवल उनकी निजी जिंदगी में दखल नहीं है, बल्कि उनके और उनके परिवार की सुरक्षा के लिए भी गंभीर खतरा पैदा करता है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि यदि इन वीडियो के कारण भविष्य में किसी असामाजिक तत्व द्वारा उनके परिवार या उनके निवास को निशाना बनाया जाता है, तो कथित रूप से वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करने और प्रसारित करने वाले लोग उसकी जिम्मेदारी से बच नहीं सकेंगे।
शिकायत में यह भी आरोप लगाया गया है कि संबंधित व्यक्तियों ने उनके आवास के केयरटेकर, सुरक्षा कर्मियों, पड़ोसियों और आसपास मौजूद लोगों से उनके निजी जीवन, आर्थिक स्थिति तथा अन्य व्यक्तिगत मामलों के संबंध में जानकारी जुटाने का प्रयास किया।
दास का कहना है कि यह पूरी प्रक्रिया बिना किसी वैधानिक अधिकार के की गई और उनके पारिवारिक जीवन में अनुचित हस्तक्षेप का मामला है।
सौरव दास ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि द पेम्फलेट से जुड़े दीपक शर्मा ऐसे वीडियो में दिखाई देते हैं, जिनमें कथित रूप से उन्हें परिसर के भीतर प्रवेश कर सोशल मीडिया के लिए रिकॉर्डिंग करते हुए देखा जा सकता है।
शिकायतकर्ता ने इस मामले में भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) की धारा 329, 351 और 356 के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग की है।
दास का कहना है कि सार्वजनिक किए गए वीडियो में उनके घर की संरचना, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था और आसपास के क्षेत्र का विवरण सामने आने से उनके परिवार की सुरक्षा प्रभावित हो सकती है।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने बताया कि शिकायत की जांच की जा रही है और लगाए गए आरोपों का सत्यापन किया जा रहा है।
पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच के निष्कर्षों के आधार पर आगे की विधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
