Even with RCB’s recent success, Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians remain the most decorated franchises in IPL history, having won five championships each.

Chennai also holds the record for the most appearances in IPL finals, underlining its remarkable consistency over the years.

For Bengaluru, however, IPL 2026 will be remembered as the season they proved their dominance.
